  • 4 sirloin steaks (about 4 ounces each)
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 5 cloves garlic, minced

Mushroom Gravy

  • 1 package (8 ounces) sliced ​​fresh mushrooms
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 1 1/2 cups half and half or heavy cream

Bring to a simmer and cook about 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
